Have you ever been frightened? Have you ever found yourself in a position where you were backed into a corner and could see no way out? Friends and family helplessly watch, as they all make their own assessments of your precarious situation, while you envision your life ending as a result of your trauma. When you first found yourself in the situation, you were stunned and you felt like your world would surely end! But if you've ever been in such a situation, you'll look back when it's over, and you will see that nothing was really quite as bad as you imagined it could or would be. You didn't die! And if you're being totally honest, your life was somehow made clearer, or better than you thought it would be! You see, the horrible things we imagine, are rarely worse than we fear they will ever be! If you take a step back and look at your life, you will see that you have much to be grateful for, and you've become not only stronger, you will discover that you are wiser than you were before! So what am I saying? Simply this, when you are at your darkest hour, step back and take note of all you have to be thankful for and all your fears will be diminished. No, they won't magically disappear, but you will have a better perspective on your problems and the solution(s) necessary to make things right. The saying, "That which does not kill me, makes me stronger" is as powerful as it is, factual! Smile and give thanks! Your solution awaits you.
