Socrates said, "Man know thyself" yet, if I were to ask you, "Who are you?" what would you say? Your answer might range from your name, occupation, title, parental status, even your religion, however, I would say, while they may describe what you do, your job, your status, or even your belief(s), none of these are the correct answer.*Note; You are not even the ever present voice in your head. You know, the one that says, "Let's look in the fridge" or "Let's go take a shower," when you're all alone! You are actually much deeper than any of that! You are the one who observes all of the above! Understanding this, is the beginning of consciousness! When you can grasp this simple, yet ever so elusive awareness, you can begin your discovery of authenticity, and to understand your true identity. In his book "Becoming Supernatural" Dr. Joe Dispenza says, when we can become, "no thing", "no one", " at no place", in "no time," we begin to truly "know" ourselves. Consequently, that, is accompanied by an incredible benefit to self. I first asked myself "who am I?", when I was just 22 years old, and I began my search for self discovery, yet, even at 64, I feel like I am in the infancy of my own experience. It has been said that here is a great awakening taking place on earth. If his message resonates with you, this might just be the beginning of your own awakening! If so, please message me and share your experience! If you are interested in finding out more, let's get in touch!
